Television and Film industry veteran, Touring Artist and Composer, Tom Bethke has worked professionally in Los Angeles for more than 30 years. He has performed with Jewel, Katharine McPhee, Sir James Galway, Bernadette Peters, Les McCann and many others.
Adam’s educational and performance experience is extremely extensive. Former Guitar Program Director at the world-renowned Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, faculty member at the prestigious Aspen Music School, instructor at Musician’s Institute in Hollywood and faculty member of the National Guitar Workshops, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Adam has studied at the Berklee School of Music in Boston and with Jazz legends Ted Greene and Joe Pass. A recording studio veteran, Adam has worked on countless film and television projects and is known widely for his composition and arranging skills. His credits include The Voice Season 12, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Nissan, Chevrolet, PBS specials, recording for Capitol Records, Warner Brothers and Motown. Today Adam enjoys playing World Music, Acoustic Steel String Fingerstyle Guitar, Classical, Jazz and Blues.
Jeff Miley has been a constant force for producing forward-
looking music, from his early days when he was recognized by Guitar Player Magazine in their Spotlight column, to his current status as a longtime veteran of the L.A. music scene. Jeff’s
recorded output has been focused primarily on original music –
from the progressive-melodic stylings of “The Odd Dogs, to the
contemporary chamber-jazz of “bug”, the power-trio fusion of
Altered and Code 3, the orchestral-rock of Vox Lumiere, and the
Swedish folk-jazz of Inga Swearingen. On the live front, in
addition to being heard in his own projects, he has performed
with Ron Miles, Tim Ries, Jon Anderson (Yes), Ernie Watts,
Bob Sheppard, Bobby Shew, Andy Martin, Randy Brecker, Josh
Roseman, John Tesh, Bob Reynolds, Wayne Bergeron, Adam
Benjamin, and many others.
A graduate and former instructor at The Musician’s Institute in Hollywood California. John and his jazz/fusion band “ALTERED” perform regularly at the world famous LA jazz club “The Baked Potato” and their CD’s are sold worldwide. He attended the Berklee College of music in Boston and has studied with world-renowned bassist Gary Willis. John has performed with an extensive list of “A-Level” musicians including; Scott Kinsey and Kirk Covington from “TRIBAL TECH”, guitarist Jeff Richman and sax great Ernie Watts. John is an in demand educator and brings incredible facility, strength, touch and both melodic and harmonic skills to the Bass Guitar.

Ron McCarley is currently the director of jazz studies at Cuesta College where he leads the jazz the program including a big band and eight combos. His bands have received many awards under his direction including 1st place at the Reno Jazz Festival, and ‘Best Small Jazz Group’ for a community college in America (Downbeat 2015, 2018). A saxophone player and a doubler, he does studio work, appears as a featured artist and plays around Central and Southern California. Some of the musicians he has performed or recorded with are: Diane Schuur, Manhattan Transfer, The Temptations, Hanson, Chicago the musical, Adam Benjamin, Larry Koonse, Hubert Laws, Jim Walker, Holly Hoffman, Mark LeVine, Darek Oles and Charlie Shoemake. While he is trained in a variety of musics, he is best known for playing jazz, fusion and Brazilian choro and the five CDs he produced and most recent solo CD, Speak.
David Keif is a freelance bass player who has performed and recorded with Mark Lindsay, Rita Coolidge, Etta James, Freida Payne, Carla Olson, Darlene Love and the Platters. In addition, he has recorded for many TV shows and movies including; “Night School”, “Smallville”, “the Horse Whisperer” and “Treckkies”. David is also a composer with music in dozens of television shows. His catalogue of pop songs can be found on Soundcloud. As an author he has published four instructional books available through Hal Leonard Publishing. David has also been on the teaching staff at Musicians Institute in Hollywood CA for over thirty years.
Dean is a former instructor and award winning, honors graduate of the Musician’s Institute in Hollywood California. Along with his years of experience in the Los Angeles music scene, Dean has performed on tours of the United States and overseas. He has appeared in “Modern Drummer” and “Drum” magazine and has written articles for “Drum Tracks” and “Jazz Exodus” publications. His LA recording experience includes working on several film and television projects including ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars”, films for the Showtime movie network, television commercials and NBC television. During his tenure with the Los Angeles “Swing Kings” Dean had the opportunity to perform with: Merv Griffin, Cybill Shepard, The Osmond Brothers, The Mills Brothers, Don Rickles, Members of the Brian Setzer Orchestra and many more. Dean has also recorded and/or performed with Grammy Award Winning Artists Louie Ortega and John Laird, Robbie Krieger (the Doors), Kenny Lee Lewis (Steve Miller Band), Greg Smith (The Eagles), Lee Thornberg, Greg Adams and Mic Gilette (Tower of Power), Danny Pelfrey (Carole King), Becky Barksdale (Michael Jackson), Jeff Richman, Pat Kelley, Mark Ross, Noel Webb and more….
